When asked whether they would be embarrassed if they were caught playing a game involving digital puppies in public, Cunningham and Klaeysen replied that they would be, while Smith claimed he would proudly play on. The three agreed, however, that they could not see themselves purchasing anything from the Orisinal online store, although Klaeysen admitted he would “possibly be interested in buying an apron."

Despite the reservations of people like Cunningham and Klaeysen regarding the “cutesy" graphics, Orisinal has succeeded. In terms of Orisinal’s future, Halim plans on maintaining the site, and hopes to continue to put out new mini-games on a regular basis.

“There are lots of bigger gaming sites out there, with more games and traffic" Halim said. “But I think Orisinal is doing pretty good. It has its own supporters, and more people come to the site everyday."

Halim has at least one new fan in Smith.

“I was just playing the penguin game (“Penguin Panic"), and I started yelling at the screen," said Smith, unafraid to show his newfound passion for the art of making ice cubes out of the igloo-loving birds. “And dammit, I have reading to do, but now I’m trying to stop a robot from being smashed by a giant ball."
