Any professor will tell a student that the best way to learn is to do. And what could be better than gaining practical experience in a chosen field of study and burning massive amounts of calories at the same time?

That’s the case for Jess Schwartz, an exercise science major at Ithaca College, who leads four classes of South Hill students, faculty and staff in their quest for the ultimate workout - group cycling.
