iMPrint Mission
iMPrint Mission
iMPrint is about seamlessly linking today’s Internet technology to give college students a central location to express all parts of their lives, to stay informed, to let their voices be heard and to make a difference, regardless of the issue.â€?

iMPrint Magazine: College Life’s Internet Magazine, published from Ithaca College, is produced by college students, for college students, about college students. iMPrint strives to inform its readers of national issues and give them the opportunity to voice their opinion and become involved in the discussion.
To be an informed college student is to be able to understand complex topics and relate them to other aspects of life. This allows the sports fanatic, for example, to understand how issues of the news might affect their favorite team. But from Arts & Entertainment to Life to News to Sports & Recreation, iMPrint also understands that every reader’s interests are unique.
Beyond providing stories, iMPrint mobilizes information; that is, it allows the reader to become involved in what he or she just read. Whether by linking to a related site, e-mailing a source in the story or leaving a comment for the writer, the reader has the tools to take part in the discussion. iMPrint continues to stay on the cutting edge of seamlessly linking information across the Internet.
iMPrint also recognizes that the college community is just that: a community. Therefore, it’s the magazine’s goal to provide the tools for college students to express themselves and learn about others. From our moblogs to community bloggers, iMPrint is connecting college students around the world.
Currently, iMPrint only features writers and editors from Ithaca College. Soon, however, iMPrint will be expanding to other colleges and universities to include more voices, more opinions and more diversified content. Every month, iMPrint is growing by leaps and bounds. Now is the time to get involved. Make a difference. Leave your iMPrint.
